Great Martingale System

Great Martingale system is more aggressive variation of one the most popular systems in roullette game – the Martingale System.

How to bet

Player bets all the time one of the following bets (for e.g. red color)

1-18 Even Red Black Odd 19-36

Great Martingale strategy is based on progression rule. Player in case of loss doubles previous bet and adds one base unit, until winning bet occurs. After win player bets base unit again.

Example

Player:

  1. bets $1 base unit on red
  2. loses, bets $3 Double previous bet + base unit ($1 x 2 + $1 ) on red
  3. loses, bets $7 Double previous bet + base unit ($3 x 2 + $1 ) on red
  4. loses, bets $15 Double previous bet + base unit ($7 x 2 + $1 ) on red
  5. wins $30, and starts with base unit again – bets $1 on red

In this case player has invested 1 + 3 + 7 + 15 = $26, and won $30.

Martingale system in based on assumption that eventually the red color will occur. It requires a lot of patience and quite big funds – there is quite big probability, that red color won’t occurs even for a dozen or so games.
In contrast to the Martingale System, player after every lost adds one base unit to the bet value, thats why after win his profit is much bigger, however it requires much larger financial outlay.
